Our team combines decades of experience in education, technology implementation, and organizational change. We’ve seen what happens when companies focus only on the technical side of AI adoption: frustrated employees, underutilized tools, and missed business opportunities.
That’s why we built our approach around three core principles: behavioral science that explains how people actually adopt new tools, collaborative learning that involves users in creating solutions, and technical expertise that makes integration seamless rather than disruptive.

Founder & CEO

Sahana brings a unique perspective to AI adoption one shaped by crossing continents, rebuilding careers, and understanding what it truly means to adapt to change. As a foreign-born military spouse, international educator, and Enterprise AI Enablement Leader, she’s experienced firsthand the gap between having access to powerful tools and actually being able to use them effectively.
Her journey from questioning “Am I going to lose my job to AI?” to leading AI transformation at Oracle taught her that successful technology adoption isn’t about the technology it’s about the people. With a Master’s in Educational Technology, advanced studies from Cambridge, and experience spanning global education systems to Fortune 500 enterprises, Sahana founded Plaiwise to bridge the space between human psychology and technological capability.
She believes that fear, not skill gaps, is the real barrier to AI adoption. And that with the right approach one grounded in behavioral science, collaborative learning, and genuine empathy for the human experience of change organizations can move from AI anxiety to AI fluency faster than they think possible.
